No sales history in Miami yet
This view reads the county's record of every sale, which shows the land price before the house was built. Tampa (Hillsborough) has it today; other markets follow.
From the County Property Appraiser's record of every sale, the roll and the permits. The land is the last sale in the six years before the house was built; the exit is the first sale of the house after. In progress means a company bought in the last three years and the roll shows no new house yet. When one deed bought a tract, the land price shown is the tract's price divided by its lots. A teardown had a house on the lot when the builder bought it. Companies at the same mailing address are shown together; check the names before you treat them as one builder.
